As a long time employee of Ideal Positions Noelle is very familiar with many of the inner-workings of the company. In addition to being the Payroll Administrator, Noelle is also a Google and Microsoft Account Manager, and the go-to person for writing new policies and procedures. Noelle’s calm demeanor, upbeat personality and professionalism has earned her the respect and admiration of everyone at the company.
When people come to you for help, what do they usually want help with?
At work most people come to me for help with anything having to do with their paychecks. I’m also often asked to draft professional documents for various purposes in and outside of work. The people in my life that know me well typically ask for my “help” when they need a sounding board to solve a problem. I do my best to be gently honest. Otherwise, as anyone who owns a truck knows, someone always needs help moving 🙂
Who did you share a table with at lunch in high school?
I got the pleasure of sharing the lunch table with an unassumingly artistic group that were deemed a bit nerdy, a bit slacker, levels of dorky, and good humored. Although there were cliques, I was fortunate to attend a high school that didn’t have hard lines drawn in the groups of people you were friends with. We all had the commonality of being indigenous kids from Hawaii who had the opportunity to receive a good education.
Do you believe in destiny?
I don’t think we have as much control as we want to assume, but I don’t believe the story of our lives is pre-written before it begins. I’m a believer in forethought, situational awareness, gut feelings, and making educated decisions. This applies to how I like to approach managing ad campaigns, as well!
If you had to choose one season to last all year long, what season would it be?
Seasonal change is a phenomenon in itself, but I guess if I had to choose, it would probably be the Fall season. The air temperature is cool, nature’s color palette is warm and vibrant, and all my favorite spice smells are in the air.
Coffee or tea?
Coffee in the morning, and herbal tea at night.
6) What’s your favorite film genre?
Dystopian sci-fi and thrillers – Oblivion, Bladerunner 2049 (anything with Denis Villeneuve directing and Roger Deakins as the cinematographer), Ex-Machina, Alien Covenant, and Black Mirror are a sample of movies (and a series) that I really enjoyed in the not-too-distant past.
Are you an Earthling or a Martian?
I have great respect for and interest in the minds and technical engineering of past, present, and future that it takes to make space travel a reality and to fathom interplanetary living. But I’m definitely a homebody and won’t feel as if I missed anything by living out my life on Earth.

I can’t speak to the methods of other companies. What I know about us is there are no loose ends on the integrity of our staff.
